So first gather evidence, perhaps take a photo or record an audio recording of the fight\/assault then contact the Domestic Violence Victims Support and Counseling Agency (Name) Japanese: \u914d\u5076\u8005\u66b4\u529b\u76f8\u8ac7\u652f\u63f4\u30bb\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc) nearest place for support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The basic conditions for domestic violence proceedings based on Japanese law are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 Victim suffers physical harm or is life-threatening<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 There is sufficient evidence to demonstrate a risk to life or physical harm\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 There is enough evidence to request a Child Protection Order\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 There is enough evidence to request a Relative Protection Order\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 Contact information to the nearest Domestic Violence Victims Support and Counseling Agency (Japanese name: \u914d\u5076\u8005\u66b4\u529b\u76f8\u8ac7\u652f\u63f4\u30bb\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc) or the nearest police.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Victim protection orders:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">On a case-by-case basis, the court may make Domestic Violence Victim Protection Orders.
