Therefore, in this article, let me introduce you to these expenses!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0Deposit (\u6577\u91d1):<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Like in other countries, when renting a house, you have to pay a deposit in advance to ensure that you will pay the rent monthly and to repair or replace properties if you cause damage during your tenancy. This amount is equivalent to approximately 1 or 2-month rent.
