Job description:

Construction of construction works, garden remodeling

Job requirements:

No experience or degree required
Visa requirements: Tokuteiginou (Special Skilled Visa) or Tokuteikatsudou (Specific Activity Visa)
Can communicate in Japanese at a basic level every day (from N4 and up)
Have health and sense of responsibility for work

Type of work:

Full-time employee (trial for 3 months)

Work schedule:

Working time: 9am – 5pm (gathering from 7:30am to 8:30am)
Overtime: 45 hours/month
Trial staff: 3 days off~/week and major holidays
Official staff: Every Sunday, rainy days (depending on the weather) and major holidays

Salary:

Probationary salary: 10,000 yen/day
Official salary: 230,000 yen/month (including fixed overtime salary)
Salary increase 1 time/year (April), bonus 2 times/year (based on business performance)
Support for exam costs for degrees, certificates, travel expenses and free construction uniforms
Support health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance
