Job description:

Support elderly people with daily activities: eating, walking, cleaning, bathing, rehabilitation, etc.
Organizing fun and entertainment activities towards the elderly

Job requirements:

No experience required (those who have will be preferred)
Japanese above N4 level
Have a Kaigo prometric
Visa Tokutei Ginou (Specific Skills)
Respect the elderly, get along with colleagues and follow the rules & instructions
Preference will be given to candidates who want to work for a long time

Type of work:

Permanent Employee

Work schedule:

Work in shifts 8 hours/day (with breaks in between shifts)
2 days off weekly and major holidays

Salary:

Monthly salary: 210,000 ~ 280,000 yen
Travel expenses allowance: up to 20,000 yen/month
Salary increase & Annual bonus
Attendance allowance, certification exam costs, achievements, etc.
