Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Medication management and administration

Provide companionship and emotional support

Transport clients to appointments and other activities

Keep accurate records of care given and update clients’ charts

Communicate with other healthcare professionals and family members regarding client care

Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

Help clients with mobility and exercise as needed

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

JLPT N3 or equivalent

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Official staff

– Shift work (change shifts once a month)

(1) 07:15 〜 16:15

(2) 10:00 〜 19:00

(3) 16:00 〜 10:00

– Shifts (1) and (2) have a 60-minute break, while shift (3) takes a 120-minute break

– Little overtime

– 2 days off/week, 114 days/year

– After 6 months, there are 10 days of annual leave (yukyu)
