Hiring in Hokkaido

Construction manager

-Building construction management of housing renovation work.

-Remodeling and renovating

-Ensuring that construction works are carried out safely and on schedule

-Compliance with customer’s requirements.

-Inexperienced are welcome.

-Fresh graduates are welcome.

-Driver’s license.

-JLPT N3 or higher Good communication in Japanese .

Official staff.

Trial period: 3 months.

-9:00-17:30 (actual work 7.5 hours)

-Overtime is about 30 hours a month on average.

Salary, bonus , allowance :

-Basic salary : 200,000 yen to 300,000 yen . 300,000 JPY/month

+ bonus twice a year (last year’s results: 4.8 months)- (July and December-Overtime will be paid in full separately)

-Salary increase once a year

-Overtime allowance (full payment)
