Job description:

-Checking in and checking out guests.
-Responding to inquiries and managing reservations from various accommodation platforms.
-Conducting safety inspections of guest rooms to ensure a secure environment.
-Providing exceptional customer support to both guests and visitors.
-Offering tourist information about the surrounding area to assist guests.

Job requirements:

-Basic proficiency in PC operations.
-Demonstrated welcoming and customer service skills.
-Experience in store management would be a plus.

Work schedule:

Different shifts are available, for example:
Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Shift 2: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Shift 3: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (with a 2-hour break).
A maximum of 9 days off per month, with 8 days off in February.

Salary:

Monthly salary ranges from 240,000 yen to 350,000 yen.
Additional allowances include:
Overtime allowance for up to 30 hours: 41,959 yen to 61,189 yen.
Late-night allowance for up to 20 hours: 5,595 yen to 8,159 yen.
