Job description:

– Production planning and preparation for the production of catalysts for automobile exhaust gas purification
– Manage project start-up schedule, solve production problems
– Global production management

Job requirements:

– Experience in production management or system development and improvement
– Language skills (English: daily conversation level or higher)
– Communication skills (experience negotiating with other departments, etc.)
–Japanese level at least N2~

Type of work:

– Official staff

Work schedule:

– 8:00 ~ 17:00, break 60 minutes
– Overtime: average 20-30 hours/month
– Saturday, Sunday off
– Total number of days off: 121 days/year
– The first year has 10 days of leave, the second year has 17 days

Salary:

250,000 – 380,000 yen/month (directly discussed at interview)
