-Consultant specializing in finance and systems, adept in both Japanese and English languages

Job requirements:

-Strong communication skills, especially for telephone support.
-Proficient in Japanese language with good attentiveness.
-Strong reading comprehension skills.
-Previous customer support experience, including English language skills (TOEIC score around 750)

Type of work:

Official staff

Work schedule:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break).
Occasional Saturday work with substitute holidays.

Salary:

*210,000 yen (basic salary) for general customer support.
*240,000 yen for candidates with relevant experience or English language skills.
*300,000 yen (basic salary) for professional customer service.
